The purpose of the When I'm In Charge program is to provide 8 to 11 year old youth the information that will empower (enable) them to apply appropriate decision making skills when out of the direct supervision of a parent/guardian. Supplemental information is provided to assist parents in helping their child develop those decision making skills.
