Disaster Services
The Red Cross responds 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to disasters such as fires, floods, hurricanes, earthquakes, or any other situation that creates human need.  The Red Cross works with the people who are affected by the disasters to help them return to normal living conditions. Services provided include: sheltering and feeding the people; individual and family assistance; health and mental health assistance; and contacting family in the disaster area.

Preparedness
The American Red Cross encourages all families to develop a Disaster Plan and build a Disaster Supplies Kit to ensure their health and safety for up to 72 hours following a disaster-related event such as a power outage, ice storm, blizzard or act of terrorism.

We have a variety of presentations available for all age groups and interests.  We are prepared to work with families, schools, organizations and businesses.  For more information or to schedule your customized presentation, please contact us at 434-8876 or This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it .

We have several free brochures that can give you the information necessary to help you get prepared.
